Service Scope
VHVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions for individual users. The service covers 100+ countries / 150+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users must access client entry points, subscription details, and related configurations through the user panel, then complete the connection by following the on-page instructions.
Route coverage describes the overall network resources available from the service. It does not mean that any region, route, or third-party service will remain in the same condition at all times. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user’s network location, device environment, upstream routes, destination service policies, and network maintenance. VHVPN may adjust routes, entry points, connection methods, or client delivery procedures according to operating conditions to maintain normal and secure service operations.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials are exposed, subscription details are publicly shared, or another unusual situation occurs, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but each account and subscription is for the subscriber and devices they directly manage. Unlimited devices does not permit resale or rental, public distribution of subscription URLs, credential sharing with unspecified parties, or providing commercial services to others through a shared account. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account risks, and service interruptions caused by publicly distributing subscription details.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference from a mid-cycle upgrade is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Purchases and renewals support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The user panel record controls order status, traffic usage, and active entitlements.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and during use of the service. Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content, data processing, and business activities meet applicable requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, or disruption of normal network operations.
Users must not use the service to launch network attacks, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, steal accounts or data, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with routes or devices, probe systems without authorization, or engage in other conduct that may harm users, third parties, or VHVPN network resources. Users must also not attempt to evade account limits, alter billing records, interfere with service interfaces, or affect other users’ normal connections.
Service Availability and Liability Boundaries
VHVPN schedules maintenance, handles faults, and adjusts resources according to route conditions. However, network services depend on multiple external components, so no route can be guaranteed to maintain a fixed speed or path or to remain suitable for a particular third-party platform at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream network issues, device configuration changes, or third-party policy changes may cause connection fluctuations or temporary unavailability.
Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative connection options for their own needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VHVPN is not responsible for losses caused by user devices, incorrect configurations, mishandled credentials, changes to third-party services, uncontrollable network events, or a user’s breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law expressly requires and does not permit the parties to exclude by agreement.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If an account involves subscription resale, public credential sharing, abnormal use of network resources, interference with service operations, irregular payment information, or another serious breach of these terms, VHVPN may restrict connections, request corrective action, suspend the account, or terminate the service. The response will reflect the nature of the conduct, its impact, and the urgency of the risk.
When conditions permit and no urgent risk exists, the service may provide account notices through the user panel. If the conduct is affecting network security, route operations, or other users, VHVPN may first apply necessary restrictions. After account termination, users must stop using the related subscription information. Unresolved orders and entitlements will be handled according to applicable policies and legal requirements.
Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance
VHVPN may update these terms when necessary due to changes in service scope, operating methods, legal requirements, or risk controls. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes to user rights or obligations may be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means that users accept the changes. If users disagree, they may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions during the account validity period.
Refund conditions, application methods, and scope are governed by the separate refund policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.
