Text, screenshots and device details voluntarily submitted in a support ticket are used only for that request; unrelated sensitive content should be removed before submission.
Website usage statistics may process page views, referring pages, browser type, operating system, page interaction events and network addresses to identify failures, assess content usage and prevent abnormal requests. Results are kept in aggregated or de-identified form where possible and are not used to build browsing-interest profiles.
No-Logs Position and Connection Records
VHVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain domain queries, webpage content, communications or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. When an international route establishes a connection, the system may temporarily process the network address, selected route, connection time and traffic measurement needed for routing, subscription quota calculation, troubleshooting and security protection.
Temporary connection information is not used to analyze access content or compiled into a long-term browsing profile. After a normal session ends, connection details are not retained for browsing-tracking purposes. Diagnostic records created by system errors, security incidents or user-submitted troubleshooting requests are kept only as long as needed for the related matter, then deleted, aggregated or de-identified.
Cookie and Local Storage
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, save language preferences, record necessary interface settings and protect session continuity. An authentication token may be stored in the current browser's local storage so users remain signed in when moving between pages. After signing out, clearing browser site data or deleting an account, users can remove the related local information from their device.

The relevant third-party payment service handles the payment process, and its page may collect information needed to complete the transaction under its own rules. VHVPN does not directly obtain complete authentication details for a third-party payment account; it receives only the payment result, transaction reference information and status notification needed to confirm the order.

Retention Periods, Access and Deletion

Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes and meet necessary compliance obligations. Raw usage statistics are deleted or de-identified after aggregated analysis, and support materials are cleared as needed after the related matter is resolved.

To correct information, obtain related records or request deletion of an account and eligible data, users can submit a ticket in the user panel. Verification of control over the current account may be required before processing a request. Order information that must be retained by law, unresolved transaction disputes or security incident materials may be deleted only after the related obligations end.
